CRAIG BISHOP

Owner

Craig has been working in the HVAC & Plumbing field since 1996. With 21 years of experience Craig has mastered his trade, working from a young man enrolled in Mass Maritime Academy in the Marine and Diesel Engineering field to the owner of a successful HVAC and Plumbing Company whose focus is customer satisfaction. Craig has exceptional knowledge of providing technical assistance with the design and implementation of HVAC systems and a deep understanding of fabricating equipment parts to meet specialty needs or replace parts that may not be readily available. All with an absolute understanding of local building codes.

Craig’s further commitment toward the customer’s satisfaction and the community is his volunteer involvement with the local council on aging, to raise funds for the elderly and his involvement in starting a networking group whose focus is customer satisfaction.

As the owner of High Efficiency, Craig is committed to creating a business environment that serves its employees and in turn they serve our customers to provide value through quality services and products with the focus on “lowering utility costs and increasing the comfort of our customers”. Craig believes in this business approach for two reasons, the importance of doing work correctly and because we are servicing the community we live in; these are our neighbors.

JULIE LAWSON

Owner

Julie is a dedicated and technically skilled Business Professional with a versatile administrative skill set developed through experience as a Business Manager, Public Relations Administrator, Payroll Administrator, and Administrative Assistant. She excels at overseeing and supervising the company’s goals, activities and employees.

Julie used her professional experience to volunteer in her community to start a non-profit organization to raise money for research. She used her Public Relation Coordinator experience to bring awareness to the community about the organization’s favorable reputation and public image. Julie also headed up a non-profit parenting group, providing programs, support services, and resources designed to support them, and increase their capacity and confidence in raising and parenting healthy children.

As part owner of High Efficiency, Julie is part of a hard working team of individuals dedicated to provide the best HVAC & Plumbing services on the South Shore and Cape Cod.

EVERETT WALSH

Vice President of Sales

Born and raised on Cape Cod and currently residing in Marston Mills, I attended Barnstable High School where I played Varsity Baseball & Basketball. I went on to attend Massachusetts Maritime Academy where I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering and was Captain of the Mass Maritime Baseball team. After graduating from the Academy, I started my career in the HVAC industry and have developed a passion for HVAC throughout the years. I began my career with Nelson Mechanical Design, Inc. where I ran their sales & project management team for a few years. After leaving Nelson Mechanical, I took a position with Carrier Corporation as the New England Area Sales Manager for Carrier’s Ductless & VRF Business Unit. I held this position for 2 years before joining Daikin North America as a Business Development Manager – where I was able to help Daikin expand their presence in the Massachusetts region. After working with Daikin for a few years I met Craig Bishop and became an integral part of the High Efficiency Team where I have been able to continue to grow my career and knowledge. On my days off I enjoy spending time with my wife, two daughters, and our dogs Lucy & Bennie

JOSH HOPE

Installation Manager

I’m a 3rd generation plumber and have been working and living on Cape Cod my whole life. With over 25 years of experience and many licenses and certifications including Journeyman Plumbing, Master Sheetmetal, Universal Refrigeration License and OSHA 10 Certificate. I am one of the best and most educated HVAC and Plumbing Technicians in the area. As an integral part of High Efficiency I manage the installation projects and the schedule to keep the flow and the quality of work at the top of the industry. Keeping up to date on ALL the newest HVAC technologies and equipment has helped me to grow and become a leader in our sector, always delivering highly efficient techniques and great service to all our customers. My dedication to educating and training our crews, have given High Efficiency an advantage in the HVAC and plumbing marketplace. Teaching the technicians and being able to exceed the customers’ expectations with a Quality Product and Service is what makes me happy and fuels each day. In my free time I enjoy going up to New Hampshire to enjoy nature, breathe the fresh air and enjoy quiet time. I’m also a dedicated father of two amazing daughters and my son Cameron who also works at High Efficiency and is on his way to becoming a 4th generation plumber.

CONOR WALSH

Project Manager

Born and raised on Cape Cod, Conor came to High Efficiency in December of 2023, as our Project Manager with aspirations of moving up the ladder in our Sales Department. Conor comes from a career in education and has spent recent years teaching in the City of Boston. In 2018, he got his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Clark University, where he also pitched for the baseball team. After graduation, Conor went on to earn his Master’s in Education from UMass Boston. Although he currently resides in Boston, Conor is planning on moving back to the Cape Cod area soon. Conor has a passion for sports and hopes to remain involved with our communities’ local Sport teams. He values family and community, and hopes to continue building trusting relationships with the customers we serve along with his coworkers, as he continues to grow within our company and help build the High Efficiency brand.

DAVE SULLIVAN

Accounts Manager

I’ve been an employee of High Efficiency since 2015, and am the longest tenured employee of High Efficiency. I grew up outside of Boston and moved to Cape Cod when I was 11 years old. I attended Sandwich High School and went on to continue my education at Cape Cod Community College, and then Bridgewater University. I earned my degree in Physical Education but soon realized this was not what I envisioned for myself long – term. I had experienced working in the trades at a young age and had an offer to work as a carpenter apprentice. For about 4 years I worked for a small company doing home remodels until the company went out of business. I then received an offer to be a Facilities Manager for a local church that had several properties to maintain. After five years I wanted a new challenge and to advance in my career.

Around this time I met High Efficiency’s Principal/Master Plumber Mr. Craig Bishop. I spent the majority of the next 9 years installing & servicing HVAC equipment. In that time, I obtained a Plumber License, Universal EPA certification, OSHA certifications and HPIN certification along with becoming well trained on the ins and outs of Trane and Mitsubishi equipment. I am now the Head of our Preventative Maintenance Membership Program and primarily work with our larger accounts as their main point of contact.

Some fun facts about me, I am a very passionate sports fan and have a wide knowledge of obscure players, rules, and facts. One my favorite activities is arguing about said knowledge with my close friends and family. I also enjoy traveling to new places with my amazing wife and exploring all they have to offer. However, I am known to sneak a sporting event or two into the equation 🙂

RYAN PACKER

Service Manager

I was born in Centerville, MA and currently reside in Hyannis. I attended Massachusetts Maritime Academy, where I earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Marine Engineering. Since graduating, I’ve had diverse professional experiences, ranging from serving as an engineer aboard ships in the Merchant Marines to working as a Facilities Engineer at a Ritz Carlton in Georgia, and everything in between. Subsequently, I took an opportunity to join Johnson Controls as a Control Systems Engineer, gaining expertise in large commercial HVAC systems. I presently hold a USCG Chief Engineer’s License, Universal Refrigeration License, and OSHA – 10 certification. During my leisure time, I value moments with my wife and son, as well as engaging in various home improvement projects.
